𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽

Sometimes the most important thing we can create isn't another meeting. It's a space.
 
Recently, I had the privilege of facilitating 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, bringing together women from different backgrounds for one shared purpose:
 
To pause. To reflect.
 
To look beyond today's responsibilities and reconnect with the future they want to create.
 
One of my favorite moments wasn't something I said.
 
𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.
 
Listening as women shared dreams they had quietly set aside.
 
Listening as they encouraged one another.
 
Listening as complete strangers reminded each other that they weren't alone.
 
Facilitation isn't about having the answers.
 
It's about creating an environment where people feel safe enough to discover their own.
 
That's the work I love most.
 
Creating experiences that spark clarity, connection, and meaningful action.
