𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀

After watching two teams battle their way toward the end zone last night, I kept coming back to this:

Teams don’t win by staying where it’s safe.
They win by stretching, reading the field, taking calculated risks, and stepping into the plays that feel a little uncomfortable.

Leadership works the same way. Growth doesn’t require a leap.
It just requires a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵.
𝗔 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻.

𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 1 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘳.

That is how momentum is built, one stretch at a time.
