Voices of Leadership Report: Teams rise when leadership is intentional.
For months, I have had the privilege of sitting down with remarkable leaders, listening to their stories, studying their habits, and uncovering what truly differentiates teams that thrive by design from those that operate by default.
This work has become something bigger than a study.
It is a mirror.
A compass.
A wake up call.
One conversation that deeply shaped the findings was with Randy Cottle, President and Co-Founder of Trilogy Innovations, Inc. His insight was both simple and powerful:

He talked about creating an environment where people feel safe to contribute ideas, ask questions, and own their part of the mission. It reflects a culture that is shaped with intention and not left to chance.
What stood out most across every interview, no matter the industry, was how often the same truth appeared.
Different sectors.
Different pressures.
The same reality.
