Over the past month Iโve been thinking a lot about energy.
How we manage it, how we protect it, and how the energy we bring into a room quietly shapes the way people experience us.
Lately Iโve had the opportunity to attend several events. Business before hours, conferences, networking lunches, community gatherings, Rotary. Each one reminded me of something simple but powerful.

Sometimes itโs a new idea you hadnโt considered before. Sometimes itโs an introduction to someone you instantly connect with. Sometimes itโs just the feeling that comes from being around people who care about similar things and want to make progress.
Those moments of connection create a kind of momentum that is hard to manufacture on your own.
So while March focused on energy, April will focus on something that grows from it.
