Early in my leadership career, I thought my job was to have the answers.

Later I learned my real job was to 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Teams don’t need perfect leaders. They need leaders who create clarity and momentum.
