In a recent team workshop, one leader said something that changed the room.
“𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴. 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘥𝘪𝘥.”
The entire conversation shifted after that.
𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆.𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
